Wow exceeded our expectations he is first of all trustworthy , knowledgeable and very helpful into getting you into the right program to buy your dream home . Many lenders today have only limited options for your lending options. Daniel sure try’s very hard to make it happen. Where to begin…this was a VOE loan. Daniel and his team literally went to war on this one. From closing and getting the run around from the first lender for about two weeks and not funding, Daniel and his team didn’t give up. They quickly transferred my loan to another lender and negotiated with the seller not to cancel. Daniel could’ve just walked away on this. Our new lender needed time to restart the process and they were able to get everything ordered/ approved for our new closing deadline. The seller agreed to an additional 30 days. This took over 90 days!!! 90 days of fighting and getting things done. I can’t thank Encore enough for what they did. They went above and beyond for me!!! They have the best team!

When we wanted to refinance on our previous house, Daniel found the best rate saved us almost a couple hundred dollars a month. He also went above and beyond by getting us a gift. On our current home, Daniel helped get us qualified and provided guidance when we needed. We plan to continue to work with Daniel as we have always received positive results.

Being a first time home buyer can be a little confusing as far as understanding the numbers, luckily working with Miguel at Encore Mortgage made everything seem easier. He thoroughly explained everything to me and had so much patience. I definitely recommend him as a lender and Encore Mortgage as a whole!!

As first time buyers, working with Louis (and his 27 years of experience!) was especially helpful. Since the beginning, he built a good rapport with us and always made it a point to explain things, share his insights and was very responsive to our questions throughout the process. Louis was both professional and helpful during the lending process . He not only worked during normal business hours but well into the evening to ensure that we closed in a timely manner. We closed in less than 30 days. His ethics are above reproach, which is quite refreshing given todays business climate. When the opportunity presents itself, we will be sure to recommend Encore.

I am currently in a process of closing purchase a duplex with this mortgage Company and the contact person Miguel is very professional and on top of everything .
