Where to begin…this was a VOE loan. Daniel and his team literally went to war on this one. From closing and getting the run around from the first lender for about two weeks and not funding, Daniel and his team didn’t give up. They quickly transferred my loan to another lender and negotiated with the seller not to cancel. Daniel could’ve just walked away on this. Our new lender needed time to restart the process and they were able to get everything ordered/ approved for our new closing deadline. The seller agreed to an additional 30 days. This took over 90 days!!! 90 days of fighting and getting things done. I can’t thank Encore enough for what they did. They went above and beyond for me!!! They have the best team!

When we wanted to refinance on our previous house, Daniel found the best rate saved us almost a couple hundred dollars a month. He also went above and beyond by getting us a gift. I am currently in a process of closing purchase a duplex with this mortgage Company and the contact person Miguel is very professional and on top of everything .
