Best experience we have had even though we weren't able to buy a house yet Maria was very helpful on what we will need to accomplish it further along. She answered any question truthfully and would explain when we didn't understand some things will be working with her in the future to accomplish buying a house.

Where to begin…this was a VOE loan. Daniel and his team literally went to war on this one. From closing and getting the run around from the first lender for about two weeks and not funding, Daniel and his team didn’t give up. They quickly transferred my loan to another lender and negotiated with the seller not to cancel. Daniel could’ve just walked away on this. Our new lender needed time to restart the process and they were able to get everything ordered/ approved for our new closing deadline. The seller agreed to an additional 30 days. This took over 90 days!!! 90 days of fighting and getting things done. I can’t thank Encore enough for what they did. They went above and beyond for me!!! They have the best team!
When we wanted to refinance on our previous house, Daniel found the best rate saved us almost a couple hundred dollars a month. He also went above and beyond by getting us a gift. On our current home, Daniel helped get us qualified and provided guidance when we needed. We plan to continue to work with Daniel as we have always received positive results.
Being a first time home buyer can be a little confusing as far as understanding the numbers, luckily working with Miguel at Encore Mortgage made everything seem easier.
